No, you can sign up for a free trial and there is no obligation to enter your card details. If you'd like to continue using Nomify after your free trial, you can simply enter your details & select the number of employee seats you require via the billing section under your account.
Yes, you only need to pay for what you need, so are free to increase or reduce the number of paying employee seats whenever you like. You can opt for a fixed number of Employee seats, or use dynamic pricing which will automatically change the number of paid seats as your user base grows.
If someone leaves your employment then you can disabled them in Nomify so they no longer have access but you can still view their details. In-active employees don't count to your employee seats, and therefore you won't be charged for them.
Our billing cycle is monthly and we accept any valid debit or credit card, including Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Your payment is processed automatically once a month and you will be emailed a VAT receipt for your records.
Yes, Nomify offers full access to a very powerful API for all accounts, allowing you to integrate with other software providers, such as payroll and accounting platforms. As Nomify grows, we will eventually open up an App Store with pre-built integrations & plugins, allowing you to quickly link your account to other providers.
Nomify is fully GDPR compliant and you can find out more about our privacy policy here . If you require a GDPR processing agreement, this can only be done for custom account users.
An active user is anyone who logs in and uses Nomify during any given calendar month. Active users vary depending on how many packs you use.
We would expect that anywhere from 20-80% of your total headcount may be active during any given month, with a higher active percentage expected when using all 4 packs, and lower if simply using a recognition pack.
