nomify was born out of our work delivering an employee nomination platform for a leading financial institution with 5,500 employees.
What we saw got us thinking; what if we digitise recognition and let co-workers recognise each other via a mobile app. From our early concepts to where we are today, the initial idea has snowballed into a powerful employee app.
